Last night before I went to bed I posted an ad on Craigslist for both Yugi and Asia and I felt SUPER GUILTY about Asia. But today out of the blue my dad called me and said he would take her! YAY! No more guilt! Whew! That was a weight lifted off my shoulder.
This morning I woke up early and straightened up the house a little for I went to the gym. After that I went to the craft store to pick up a few things. And with some of those items I created this new mask. The mask of course I did using eye shadow pigments, and then I added the flower and feathers. My son liked this look better than the red one.
Speaking of Jordan, he hasn't been wearing his jacket like I've been telling him so of course now he's sick. But I told him he is going to suffer; I am not even going to buy him any cough medicine. Let this be a lesson so he'll listen next time. I told him this would happen and now I get to say one of my favorite phrases, "I TOLD YOU SO".
Playing around on facebook today. You know it really does make me laugh. Half these people, you NEVER talked to in school suddenly want to be your friend? Some of these people I don't even recognize their name or remember who the are when they send me requests. Then it's like, what do I say? I had nothing to say to them back then, why would I now? But it's fun to see how people turn out. Popular kids are fat and ugly with a million kids, the nerds are super rich, the average kids look so much better now than they did back then. If only teenagers could see what we see now. "Don't worry honey she may be prom queen now but when it's time for your reunion she only have Jenny Craig as a best friend".
Oh I also forgot to mention in my last post, the other day when I was at Walmart, we were waiting in the "Express" lane, but there was an 97 year old lady working the register, so really there was no "express" to the line what-so-ever; and it took her like 10 minutes to ring up the elderly couple ahead of us. Then just as we are about to place our things on the counter, this random elderly lady asks if she can cut us in line for the one item. Of course I said NO! I have been waiting 10 minutes and she can wait like everyone else. That was express lines are for, people who have 10 items or LESS. Why does she think just cause she's old and has only 1 item that she has the right to cut in line when everyone else has to wait? People do this to me all the time. I would never have the nerve to ask some stranger to let me cut, I'm not above anyone else and I can wait, and so can she. The cashier thought I was a total bitch and kept giving me the side eye. But do I care? Nope. Never gonna see those people again. HA!
